Founded in 2025, the mission of Four Thirty Two Yoga is to help community members harmonize body, mind, and breath through movement. The name "Four Thirty Two" is inspired by the frequency 432Hz— the universal hum —known as “om” or “aum” in yogic tradition.
This summer, we’re offering a special 10-week pop-up series in the Old White Church on Salmon Falls Road in Buxton, Maine. We intend to start small by offering a weekly all-levels vinyasa class, and to grow organically with the community.
Our classes are designed to be accessible to every practitioner, whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or deepening an existing practice. That means all ages, all body types, all experience levels. Rooted in movement, breath, and mindfulness, our classes create a space for connection, balance, and transformation. Join us and tune into the rhythm of your own practice.
Located on the shores of the Saco River Theatre, we are delighted to share the space of the Old White Church on Salmon Falls Road in Buxton, Maine with Saco River Martial Arts.
The physical address is:

A career music educator turned yoga instructor, Jocelyn has spent over fifteen years helping people connect mind, body, and spirit. She is especially interested in how we grow stronger by learning to listen: to the body’s subtle cues, to the breath’s natural cadence, and to one another.
After practicing for twenty years, she completed her 200 RYT certification in 2025 with Fluid Yoga at Samudra in Biddeford, Maine. While pursuing this certification Jocelyn gave birth to her first child, and became a passionate advocate for pre- and post-natal movement. Her classes are designed to foster inner discipline, physical curiosity, and a sense of communal resonance. Her teaching style emphasizes breath-led movement, inner discipline, and the belief that practice is a path to coming home to yourself.
When not teaching yoga, Jocelyn still teaches music part-time in Scarborough Schools, volunteers at her local library, serves on the board of the Saco River Theatre, and relishes quality time with her husband and daughter.
