By purchasing a drop-in pass, multi-class pack, or reserving a private session or special event with Four Thirty Two Yoga, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Registration & Billing 

You can pre-register and pay online through our website, or pay on-site before class using cash or card. We offer:

• $15 Drop-in passes for group classes

• $65 5-Class Pack (valid for any group class)

• $120 10-Class Pack (valid for any group class)

• $80/hr Private Sessions (pre-registration required, maximum of 2 clients)

• Special Events (contact us for scheduling and pricing!)

Workshops are not included in multi-class packs, and are priced individually.

Cancellations

We understand that your plans might change! All sales are final, but we are happy to help you reschedule your class if you provide at least 24 hours' notice (or, you can  cancel/reschedule directly from your confirmation email)! If you cannot find your confirmation email, or need further assistance please reach out via hello@fourthirtytwoyoga.com.

To ensure we can accommodate all students, cancellations made within the 24-hour window before start of class, or no-shows, will forfeit their pass for that visit.

Refunds

All sales are final.

General

Passes are non-transferable; i.e., every attendee must register individually so they can complete our required waiver. 

Four Thirty Two Yoga reserves the right to update class schedules and offerings as needed.

Whether you're planning a bachelorette party, corporate retreat, or private celebration, Four Thirty Two Yoga offers group yoga and meditation experiences tailored to your group. Booking & Deposit

A nonrefundable 50% deposit is required to reserve your date and time. Your event is not confirmed until the deposit is received. The remaining balance is due upon arrival on the day of your event.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• We understand that plans change! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible at hello@fourthirtytwoyoga.com.

• Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to your event date may apply their deposit toward a rescheduled event, subject to availability.

• Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will forfeit the deposit in full, with no option to apply it toward a future booking.

• The remaining balance will not be charged for cancellations made prior to the event date.

No-Shows

If your group does not arrive and no prior notice has been given, the deposit will be forfeited and the remaining balance may be charged.

Group Size & Changes

Please notify us of any significant changes to your group size at least 7 days prior to your event, as this may affect logistics. We will do our best to accommodate changes made closer to the event date, but cannot guarantee adjustments.

General

Four Thirty Two Yoga reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a studio-initiated cancellation, your deposit will be refunded in full or applied to a rescheduled date of your choosing.

By purchasing a Four Thirty Two Yoga monthly in-studio membership, you agree to the following:

Billing & Renewal

• Membership is $40 per month and will automatically renew each month using the card on file.

• Renewal provides access for the upcoming billing cycle (one month from the renewal date).

Access

• Membership includes unlimited access to all regularly scheduled in-studio classes. Please note, this membership subscription does NOT give access to the online library.

• Workshops, special events, and online offerings are not included unless otherwise noted.

Cancellations

• Members are responsible for canceling their own membership prior to the next billing cycle.

• Cancellations can be made through your account or via links provided in membership emails.

• If you are unable to cancel through your account, you must submit a written request to hello@fourthirtytwoyoga.com at least 14 days prior to your next billing date.

Refunds & Proration

• All membership sales are final.

• Once a membership renews, it cannot be refunded or prorated for any reason.

• Cancellations submitted after renewal will apply to the following billing cycle.

• Membership is non-transferable; i.e., members cannot extend membership to friends and family.

• Four Thirty Two Yoga reserves the right to update class schedules and offerings as needed.

By purchasing a Four Thirty Two Yoga Monthly Video Library Membership, you agree to the following:

Billing & Renewal

• Membership is $40 per month and will automatically renew each month using the card on file.

• Renewal provides access for the upcoming billing cycle (one month from the renewal date).

Access

• Membership includes unlimited access to the full online video library for the duration of your active membership. Please note, this membership does not give unlimited access to in-studio classes.

• New videos are added periodically at Four Thirty Two Yoga's discretion.

• In-studio classes, workshops, and special events are not included unless otherwise noted.

Cancellations

• Members are responsible for canceling their own membership prior to the next billing cycle.

• Cancellations can be made through your account or via links provided in membership emails.

• If you are unable to cancel through your account, you must submit a written request to hello@fourthirtytwoyoga.com at least 14 days prior to your next billing date.

Refunds & Proration

• All membership sales are final.

• Online classes are practiced without direct instructor supervision; members should practice within their own ability and physical limits. 

By purchasing a Four Thirty Two Yoga on-demand video, you agree to the following:

Purchase & Access

• Each video is purchased individually and provides unlimited personal streaming access to that video.

• Access is delivered via a private link and password sent to your email at the time of purchase.

Refunds

• All video sales are final.

• Because access is granted immediately upon purchase, videos cannot be refunded for any reason.

General

• Video access is non-transferable; your link and password are for your individual use only and may not be shared.

• Four Thirty Two Yoga reserves the right to update video content and offerings as needed, and to change video links to preserve account security.

• Online classes are practiced without direct instructor supervision; members should practice within their own ability and physical limits.
