Group Class | Vinyasa Flow | $15 Drop In or Class Pack
Tune into your breath, body, and mind in this rhythmic all-levels vinyasa flow. This class encourages fluid transitions, building heat, strength, and inner stillness. Expect a dynamic sequence that cultivates balance, focus, and might even break a sweat. This class is appropriate for all experience levels, so you can move at your own pace, make each posture your own, and let breath be your guide. Come ready to flow, breathe, and resonate from the inside out.
Group Class | Restorative | $15 Drop In or Class Pack
A no-stress, come-as-you-are class designed for primary caregivers and/or birthing parents who want to move, stretch, and connect—both with their bodies and with other parents. This 60-minute stretch break offers gentle, feel-good movement to release tension and reset, all while little ones play, explore, and move alongside you. There’s no need for perfection—bring your mat, diaper bag, kiddo, and whatever keeps them happy. Move at your own pace, step away when needed, and enjoy a supportive space where community and self-care come together. Recommended for birthing parents cleared for physical activity with littles who are 12 weeks to 18 months old.
Private Session for 1-5 max | Custom Level & Style | $80/hr*
A one-on-one practice tailored entirely to you. Whether you're brand new to yoga, returning after time away, working with an injury, or looking to deepen specific aspects of your practice, this 60-minute session offers personalized guidance in a calm, supportive space. Together, we’ll build a practice around your individual goals—physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual—with breathwork, movement, and mindful alignment to meet you where you are. Expect to feel seen, supported, and empowered in your body. Sessions are gentle, focused, and deeply attuned to your individual needs. Sessions can be scheduled in-person or via Google Meets.
